Purchased my copy of "The Redefined You" during a conference that hosted Dr. Williams as guest speaker and I'm so much better for it. The guide provides an action plan to not only reach your desired weight loss goal but also to regain control of your life.
An absolute must read for anyone desiring a more refined lifestyle.
I ordered this book because I like the ministry of Taketa Williams. It tells a nice story about how she decided to do better with her weight management; so it is good for encouragement. Not too much depth on nutrition or fitness. Could have shown more before, during and after pics. The front cover is too over the top with her picture blasted all over the page. She doesn't have a terminal doctorate so her "Dr. Taketa Williams" is not the most truthful would have been better is she said Taketa Williams, (then the name of her degree). You could do better.
